Veterinary Care: Each puppy is examined by a licensed veterinarian, is up to date on vaccinations, and has been dewormed prior to going home.
Genetic Health: We guarantee our puppies to be free from any life-threatening genetic conditions for a period of one year from the date of adoption.
Buyer’s Responsibility: To maintain this guarantee, we require that puppies are seen by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of going home and receive routine veterinary care, proper nutrition, and a safe, loving environment.

If, within the guarantee period, a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a serious genetic health condition that affects your puppy’s quality of life, we will work with you to provide a replacement puppy of equal value when available.

Air Travel (Flight Nanny): For longer distances, we partner with trusted flight nannies who personally accompany your puppy in-cabin to ensure comfort and care throughout the journey.

What to Expect:

Puppies are only released once they are at least 8 weeks old and fully ready for their new homes.
All travel arrangements are made with the puppy’s safety and well-being as our top priority.
